This what happened when I called in June.Has anyone tried calling the 6868 number today? They added a new step. Press 1 from Canada and 2 from US. If you press 1 it says call during working hours. It seems service Canada has lost their minds
I requested a transfer by phone and then a week later went in to my local office early, lined up and made a transfer request in person, saying that i hadn't heard anything from my phone request. The local office said they hadn't received anything so submitted a request there and then.Congratulations .Did you have travel plans?. They called because i went in and requested a transfer as i had upcoming travel plans. This was after i called and requested a transfer, but nothing came of that. So after my in person visit to request a transfer, they called me when it was ready.Congratulations, how come your local VO called? Do you have immediate travel plans?

Try calling them from exactly 8.29 am and after 8.30 it will connect. Try two people from two different phone. Today I got 80 in que and my husband got 129 in que. Nope, never received anything by email. Only resutls i got was from going in person and requesting the transfer. Then they called when it was ready to pickup.Have you ever received a request of transfer email (with a File Transfer Request Confirmation number)?
Just wondering if I should still go there myself. I already contacted my MP and sent them an authorization form to look into it.
