Canada TRV Applied Online Passport Request for Family Member

Hi,

On July 16th I submitted a multiple entry Canada TRV for both me and my wife within the same application. I got two application received messages in MyCic account, one for each of us, each with different Applicaiton IDs.
On Aug 1st I got a passport request, but it just has my name and my application id on it. I have not received anything yet for my wife.

I wanted to know if this is for only my or both ours passports.

On Aug 1st I sent a mail to the NY office and they redirected me on Aug 5th to send an email to CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VRT@cic.gc.ca.
On Aug 5th I sent a mail to CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VRT@cic.gc.ca. But haven't heard anything from them.

Can anyone help?

Can you update me about your status please? Did your wife eventually get the passport request?
My parents have the same situation. They received one passport request email that both their names have been mentioned in that. But only my father got the passport request message on MyCIC. I appreciate it if you could update me with your experinece.
