Hello all,
Please can you share useful information and guidance for Canada Immigration as I'm new here in this Form.
I've been go through a little bit with immigration process and wants to clarify few things from your end.
I'm a Pakistani national living in Saudi Arabia since 7 years and working here as a Safety Manager. I would like to apply with my Spouse and 1 infant kid.
I've been heard that it's better to apply as a primary (Spouse) and I can be secondary in the application.
My wife she a Registered Nurse and have 10+ Years experience in her field.
I do know in which category we have to apply for: Skilled base or Express Entry NOT SURE
I do appreciate if you someone can guide to start the process.
Thank you!

If CRS is good with her being primary applicant then why not. You both have to appear for ielts and send your education documents for evaluation to WES, ICAS, IQAS or CES

I’ve tried earlier and the CRS Score is coming 454, is it mandatory to do the evaluation? It will reflect my application?

Yes education evaluation is mandatory for your wife and your education evaluation will increase crs points. Without your wife’s evaluation entry through express is not possible

Good day to all,

I am an indian born and raised in Saudi Arabia. I completed my Law degree in India and my ECA report from IQAS has accredited the same. After My degree I got married and moved back to Saudi Arabia where I have been working as an English & Social teacher for Secondary school since 4 years without work permit. As my status on IQAMA says Dependent. (The process of work permit is on going and will take very long time as offices are closed due to Covid)
My Company has provided stamped experience letter along with letter of recondition and I have salary statements to prove my work.
My Question is:
I am the primary applicant for our Canadian immigration. Will this status affect my application? Can I claim points for work? Or will I be rejected?
