Can I show my US-based job salary slips or bank statements for fulfilling the requirements for "Minimum necessary income requirements"

Super visa (for parents and grandparents): Get your documents ready - Canada.ca
Acceptable documents include:
  1. the last notice of assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency
  2. T4 or T1 for the last tax year
  3. pay stubs for the most recent 12-month period available
  4. Employment Insurance benefit statements
  5. a letter from an accountant confirming the annual income, if self‑employed
  6. proof of other sources of income (for example, pension statements)
  7. a letter from the employer stating the job title, job description and salary
  8. bank statements
Can no 3, 7, or 8 can be presented as proof of income from my US job?
Are there any things that I should know about?

I am Canada PR holder and US H1B Holder.

LICO is based on your NOA. For your NOA, do you meet LICO. You are showing Canadian employment for 7.

No.

You need to provide a CRA NOA.

Update: I haven't filed any taxes as of now as I received PR card just few days ago on March 20.
My US salary very well meets LICO requirements for family size of more than 7 people, but my actual family size is about 4 people (including my parents).

Your parents will need to apply for a regular TRV and not a super visa. You won't meet the LICO requirements with a US job / salary and without filing a tax return in Canada that shows you meet LICO.

You have been PR for 9 dayUS salary is not counted. It is Canadian salary. Once you have Canadian income meeting LICO and have filed taxes in Canada then file for supervisa. So for now, parents can apply for TRV.
