Super Visa and the Minimum Necessary Income

Hi,
My wife wants to apply for super visa of her parents. She can not meet the LICO requriements as she does not have enough income on her own. I am happy to be a co-signer so she can meet the LICO requirements. I could not find it online that Husband can show his income to meet the LICO requirements for wife. I see people are saying we can do that but can someone PLEASE refer me the online link on CIC.

The spouse of a sponsor can co-sign an undertaking to help meet income requirements ( LICO ) by pooling their resources.
