Minimum necessary Income for Super Visa Application

A question on super visa financial support ( proof of funds)

If NOA /T4/ T 1 for most recent tax year is below minimum necessary income due to the reason that he immigrated to Canada during mid of the year and that NOA/T4/ T1 is for his first Canadian tax return for part of the year, but, if he can prove his annual income to be above minimum necessary income threshold through employment letter, pay stubs, bank statement, etc,

is it ok for him to go ahead with super visa application?
