Can Cosigner apply separately for his/her parents PGP sponsorship?

I want to ask, If my wife apply for interest to sponsor her parents with husband as cosigner,

Can the husband separately apply for interest to sponsor his parents with wife as cosigner at the same time?

Husband applying for his parents, wife applying for her parents, simultaneously send the interest request for a particular year?

You can do that, Each submit interest form for each parents. If one or both of you are selected, then you add the co-signer at that stage,

They don't ask for co-signers at this point. They will ask for it when you get selected.
