على فكرة الى فى جوازات المطار برده ناس بتفهم يعنى يشوفوا معاك تأشيرة هجرة وانتا لسه ماخلصتش جيش وبرده هيخلك تسافر على اساس انك مهاجر كندا اسبوع وجاى تانى ياراجل الناس دى مش للدرجة شد حيلك وروح المنطقة العسكرية وامشى صح لاحسن تحجز وترجع وتتغرم التذكرة بس ودا فى الاغلب ممكن هيحصل معاك ويارب ياريس تسافر على طول ويارب من غير مشاكل بس على فكرة فى ناس زيك كتير مش بتهاجر دى بتروح تشتغل فى السعودية والامارات وبرده بترجع
وبيرجعوهم من جميع المنافذ الجمركية يعنى برى بحرى جوى فضائى برمائى

انتا عارف مين الى بيطلع تصريح السفر ياباشا منطقة التجنيد التابع ليها او بعض جهات التنظيم والادارة التابعة للجيش فى الهايكستب
ريح نفسك وروح اسأل او ابعت حد تبعك يسألك
والله لو مشت يبقى انتا راجل بركة ومبروك ياعم
والى اعرفه انه فى الاغلب تصاريح السفر بتعطى الاولوية فيها للطلبة وبشروط
-تصريح سفر الطلاب للسياحةاو الزيارة بيكون فى الاجازات زى نصف العام واخر العام الدراسى لنه من غير المنطقى ان يذهب الطالب للسياحة والفسحة اثناء الدراسة
ولكنه يمكن له السفر اثناء الدراسة بشروط منها
ا-الالتحاق بعائل فالخارج
ب-الذهاب لأداء الحج او العمرة
2-اما طلاب السنة النهائية فمسموح لهم بالسفر فاجازة نصف العام فقط اما اخر العام لابد ان يحددو موقفهم التجنيدى اولا (يعنى بالبلدى يشوف نظامه ايه من الجيش تاجيل ولا اعفاء)
3-سفر الطالب للعمره طول السنة مسموح بشرط وجود تاشيرة العمرة وحجز الطيران وشهادة قيد تثبت قيده بالجامعه او المعهد اللذى يدرس به(اما بخصوص سفرطلاب السنة النهائية للعمره اخر العام لا استطيع ان افيدك من الافضل التوجة لادارة التنظيم والادارة والسؤال هناك موقعها فالعباسية تنزل ميدان العباسية وتسال الف مين يدلك)

Hmm...its the first time i hear about it, probably because my immigration category was different (FSW). Anyway it shouldn't be a big issue, my suggestion is that firstly you should try to obtain it from the sudanese authorities - explain to them the information which you want & the purpose which you need it for, in case they said they cannot issue it - then you can revert back to CIC and request them to waive the requirement since its not possible to obtain it. This is what i would've done if i was in your situation.

since i received my approval letter in 06.07.2012 I didn't receive anything.

What did the approval say? It should tell you where your file was transfered!

The person who orders this should be in Canada (the sponsor)..it takes 30days

Well, I am in Canada and Sponsoring my wife. A friend told me that from Capis I can get a forecast on the latest date the visa officer must look on my file

Received the approval from Canada (after 3 months processing) on July 23, 2012 and the letter says that my file was transferred to Cairo visa office.

I hope they start looking at the file after 3 months
