Salam alicum every one I received email from cairo visa office on march asking for redo the medical and the police clearance. In April they asks for submitting the passport. I received the passport after one week from submission. Thanks to allah. good luck for every one here.

as made in canada said the visiting its not important to the vo in my case , because my wife live with me out side canada.but she travel to canada to visit her family time to time .

Now she is with me in Sudan. My all experience is waiting n waiting as I told you before I never heard from them till last week. But I believe every case is different from others. Good luck for all us.

this is the first time they have contacted us since our file was received in Cairo visa office!!! ....anyway now they sent as asking for documents that are proof that my wife will go back with me to Canada... what about yours ?if you dont mind .............

I have good news The embassy of Canada in Cairo is working alhamdulelah. Because I have received email from them last Monday regards to my file.

Good news for every one The embassy reopen again in Cairo but with change in open and closed time. Alhamdulelah.

I don't think its bad news. This will rearrange a lots of things when the strike its over insha allah. On other hand This strike will affects the economy and tourism so the government will sit with them soon insha allah.

hey everyone, we called the visa office in Ottawa and they said our application was sent to Cairo visa office not too long ago! Finally heard good news, alhamdulelah. They also told me to email cairo visa office to ask about the status of my application, but I'm not sure which email to send it...
