Buffalo VO FSW ( pre june and non transferred applicants) share timeline plz :)

I got CAIPS notes and as of July 27th, 2012 there is nothing mentioned that my file has been transferred to CPP-O. They have put Sept 1st as the next BF'Date.

It says that IMS office has been notified on June 26, 2012 and my medical assessment is M01 but no new line in my e-case. And no medical decision (MDEC

I called my bank and they didn't cash out the RPRF that I submitted to CPP-O on June 1st. Security Decision =1 on 04-03-2011 but I'm not sure that is all they do for security check and I passed the security and whether I have everything in order and they just need to send me PPR.

The other weird thing is they didn't assess me as a person with arranged employment and a permanent job offer, even though I had one and am still working in Canada, but instead qualified for Temporary Worker/International student category which probably has less priority.

None of these looks promising...

Hi.Please give your opinion or advice.If your work permit ran out and you don't have a LMO,(im on visitor visa).What do you think will happen at PPR decision.I'm done with my medicals in Feb 2012 and they requested nothing except PCC.Is it good buy for me or will they allow PPR.I have a letter for permanent job offer.Please this is killing me! I have relatives in Canada and even if you take the 10 points for permanent job offer from my score , i still have 67 points.
Plus,if they cancel my job offer will they ask me the $1000 000000 landing fund?

Ur info is limited here to opine anything concretely. In any case ur TRV would be immaterial towards ur PR processing vide an 'already launched' & eligible application. However, if u r intending to 'apply now' as a FSW-2 case [with AEO] u r required to have a positive LMO. Just an 'offer letter' remains incognito.

Hi Rajjj.Yes you need $1000 a month for every month you want to stay.You submit the application online.You have to upload a bank statement.They will easily give you 6 months at a time.Even 12 if you have the money!

it is interesting. You already passed SEC CHECK. It seems to me that they see something in your medical and want to check it with IMS officer. Did your docter mentioned anything in your medical result?

it cost you $5 if you are in Canada. or ask some one to do on behalf of you.
or else it cost around 40 to 60 bucks..

Yes you can use the money.Takes about 30 days for the visa.

az21, Actually my medical assessment is the highest health condition assessment. The medical assessment ranges from M01 to M07, M01 is the perfect condition. If you noticed, I mentioned that CIC doctor assessed it as M01. My doctor said you are in great condition and he doesn't expect any issues at all. It's just that nobody reviewed my file to update my application. I don't know what else could possibly put my application on hold other than the stupid transition from Buffalo to CPP-O.

Hey man its not just you I did my meds in March nothing wrong with them sent the landing fee a week before the meds and still waiting
there are may like us here just wait untill they actually start working again I guess

Guys could someone explain to me - do you have to pay the final payment for the PR with the medical?
I got the medical request but it didn't say anything about that PPR or whatever it is, so I just did the medical. Now I'm reading that people do send that fee with the medical, so I started to wonder.
