I don't think FSW 2 does not belong to any MI. MI actually related to the time you applied. In your case, you belong to MI2.

Do I need to send return envelope for sending passports back from Detroit? I am actually going on vacation starting from Jan 18th so I need my passports badly before that date. How long it's going to take to get the passports back?

dont worry hardly it taked 15 days to stamp visa
