Yes I emailed and faxed them number of times......even i contacted my MP in Oct 2012........They said officer is not assigned yet........I dont know why they want to assign new officer in Ottawa VO...........just to write PPR email..........its a standard format .........if they want they can send it.......but they enjoy in delaying!!
