Not me yet. I did submit only FBI. My rep. said FBI overrides the states. Not sure though.

I have only submitted FBI certificates.Buffalo never asked me to submit state certificates.I have submitted FBI copy twice and home
country police clearance just once. However,I am not sure what Ottawa is doing .Probably ,in order to avoid fingers being raised at them they are following all instructions very strictly. My file has been transferred from Ottawa to Detroit so I am not sure if I will be asked for state and Home certificates again.

Yes,with Ottawa it has become trend that they are asking for such documents from almost everybody.

Minister Kenney on Twitter:

"@Yuri_Ivanchenko A very ltd number of new FSWP applications will be accepted prior to EOI, because we still have a 100K person FSWP backlog."

So it is good news for us!

my file becomes visible again in the CIC webiste ... let's see what's going to happen ... anyone in the same situation ?

The same thing happened with me.

Mr Kenney's tweets regarding new applications and queuing:

i have see this twit but what should we conclude ? 100K persons in the queue .... they are not taking new guys... so what ?
