Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

@ cygnet: I'm living and working in Toronto on work permit (FWS2, MI2)

@ Galian: My Ecas changed last year to In Process at Sep-06-2012, until then Ottawa ask me for Personal history last month in Jan, 2013 and today I got Medical Request. Whatever you can see on ecas sometime doesn't reflect on your immigration file.

@ BK11: I think you need to send a CSE enquiry to Ottawa, they will reply back to you, but I know they send only standard response, if you're living in Canada, it's better to contact with your local MP. I also got GCMS last month but my Criminality has been passed but Security is not yet started.

That's interesting. I got my AOR before you and I haven't seen any changes on eCas nor received any communication from Ottawa. I'm actually applying for CEC soon.

Also, I checked with 2 of my local MPs (Olivia Chow and Bob Rae) and both told me that my application would be processed by this summer.

Lets hope for the best!

Me and my husband have applied for Pr and you can see my timeline and other info on your left. I am the main applicant and now he has job offer, what should I do, should I add this to my profile with Ottawa, if yes how? Should I ask MP to do that for me or I have to ask a lawyer or do it by myself? any clue please??

I used IMM5669E form's personal history page and also in the e-mail I mentioned...
I guess any format would be good for them. as long as there are no gaps....

I did my medical check in July 2012 and until now got email from OttPilot Immigration asking for
updated IMM0008,
updated IMM 5669,
6 months deposits/withdrawls history
and updated letter of current occupation.
But my situation is: I applied in Buffalo but then back to my country home, had a job, did the medical check in my hometown. So maybe the officer noticed this and maybe they will reject my case/transfer my case to home country? More complicated, I was single when applied, but just just got married...I am really really very upset and don't know if there is any hope?
Please please give some suggestions! Thank you very much all!

I think you can expect medical at any point of time. What is your category in FSW?--1,2 or 3. Otherwise, you can request GCMS notes. CHeck in this forum the process to get it using Privacy Act of Canada.

IMHO He/She has no option but to add his/her spouse, and get medicals for him/her done. Check with Qorax though.

You don't have to spam the forum to get a response. They have stated that your application is being processed, so what exactly are you asking? I am not sure there are visa officers in this forum

I suggest you to get ready to submit few additional documents
like the documents you have already submitted..the updated versions.
You are lucky that they are processing your application.
you did not mentioned to which category you belong.
based on your category check the forum members who got additional document request and prepare them in advance..

if nothing is needed from your side I am sure you are going to get medical and ppr with in a month of time..
