if they want to reject any application they dont need to make new rules they will just do it its their country and they can accept who ever they want and reject who ever they want regardless of the present and past rules and the points they haveCam1234 said:Hi glowingheart:
I know that is what was done normally, but in a speech minister kenney gave earlier this year, he said it was his intention to make the new rules "retroactive," meaning they would apply to all of us as well. The reason he wants to do that is to be able to reject many more applications which cic believes are not good for canada.
