I somehow saw these hard rules for TRV during PR application that I decided to go later for it.

I really hope everything goes very smooth with your life.

I know it is on nerve. but nothing can be done really. They are so close that no one can even approach them to ask what to do.
Its their country. But if it becomes my country later, I will do something for it.

If there is an immigration office here, and an immigration process, there should be responsibility for it as well.

It seems they are DEAD these days. No way through their irresponsibility!

I applied under this stream this year.
It's been over a year for you? Opportunities Ontario said it should be 10 months...

Yes its been approx 19 months and judging by the recent CCP-Ottawa application processing it may take more than 1 year from here onwards...
When Oppurtunities Ontario advertised the Internation Master's Stream they were talking about quick immigration of around 12-14 months and thats why people paid extra $1500 for Ontario nomination.

Join the club .. We have applicants who have been waiting for nearly 24 months now!

You mean 24 months for PNP-Intl Masters Stream applicants ?

Does anyone know if CPP-Ottawa is giving any priority to PNP applicants over FSW ? Or both are in the same boat ?

Originally the PNP program was supposed to be much faster than FSW.

Guys/shruru need help,

I am an indian on work permit in canada. MY PR is in process and i am getting married next month. MY PR will not come by the time i would get married.
What kind of visa i should apply for my spouse?

i was reading on the cic website and it was vague comment over there
"Accompanying family members must always apply for their own work permits. They should apply for one at the same time as you, before entering Canada. If they decide to work only after they arrive, they can apply once they are here."

is that mean she can't apply form india?

will she have some issue in getting visa/WP if my PR is in process?

thanks in advance

Hi craving_soul,
congratulations on your marriage first.

after marriage she can apply for visitor visa only. work permit is not possible to apply from India unless some company sponsors her visa.

when she landed in Canada, at immigration section she can ask to give her open work permit. In general they will ask if she wanted to work. for that she needs to say yes...this is easy process.

even if that is not granted, once she is in Canada she can apply online for work permit using. it cost around $150.

Hope that helps

Syed

get your GCMS notes and check. my e-case shows the new address but GCMS notes shows the old address...when I informed this to Ottawa they confirmed that they still have old address in their system...and asked me to send new address...
not sure how it works...

when I sent my file to Sydney, I put my current address and my address history in Canada, since the beginning of my treatment it was always the correct address, 20 days ago I checked my ECAS and i found that they have changed my address by putting my old address in Canada, then I sent them messages and today they fixed it

Today my e-case got added a new line

Medical results received.....

Thanks sharuu.
What can I do now?

You can find another employer who might sponsor you through LMO Process. If you go that route, you should contact PNP with the new job. Apart from work permit through LMO, I am not sure what else you can do at this point. Did you get GCMS lately to see where your case is?

You can talk to MP to contact Ottawa explaining your situation!
