That depends,....mostly it was Detroit, but if you're in Canada, you can also send it to Windsor, Ontario.

Yes I am in Canada, under PNP stream...My file was trasfered from Buffalo at07/jul/2012. My medic. exam was expired at 20/sep/2012. Since then no reaction from Ottawa.

ecas status still showing : application recieved on feb 8th 2012. They still havent recieved my medical.

Its still not showing on ECAS? I would recommend you contacting Ottawa and simultaneously also requesting GCMS. That should clarify if they received the medical exam results or not!

i have written them a mail. In my first mail they told me that processing time for your category is 15 months and they dont require anything from my side at this moment.
i am worried am i on right track or not.

and today at 2:40 PM I receivred the reply saying
your application is in process , and no futher action is required by you at this time

Are they at work Sunday ??????????

They hardly ever work in weekdays, how in hell you think they gonna work on Sundays
