The English language is not difficult. Not at least for me. When I said I didn't agree with your theory, all I meant was closing down of Buffalo to slow the process is a little bit far fetched. Nothing less nothing more than this. CIC does NOT need an excuse to delay the process. They can do it as and when they want it.
Neither I understood that they wouldn't grant me a visa nor I wanted not to have a plan B. I, actually never intended to comment on these two.

its ok my dear. There is no need to exchange words over this.
cheers and have a good weekend.

Sure. You too. It would be a nice weekend here in Houston. I am already ready for my Vodka and American Football this weekend. Some very interesting match-ups. I am sure I will not worry about CIC and CPP-O until next Tuesday!

Medicals done 7 June 2012, can't find any info on how long the processing time will be now that all the files were transferred. Can anyone tell me? 4 months since medicals and 6months since we started. I thought the PNP applications are priority? I refused to use the immigration dick that brought us here because he lied too many times and did PR aaplication on my own although he told me I was gonna struggle without him.........losing hope fast 'cos I'm not getting any response from OTT-Pilot, nothing about expected processing time

How do I know all is well? Since I have started my own PR he has been fast tracking the people's who did use him files......it used to take him 4 years to get them PR, but now he applies and within 2 weeks they get medical instructions........I had to wait 2 months???? CIC told me no-one can influence processing times???? I will be very unhappy if they get PR before me since I have been waiting 6 months now and they started less than a month ago.

Please can someone tell me or give me an idea how long before they will request our passports? ECAS just stays on "medical results recieved" since end June 2012.

You could apply for your gcms notes. It is the only way of finding out what is going on with your application. You can go to Page 16 of this thread for more info. I have been waiting for 22 months since I filed my federal application and I see people that applied one year after me are getting their permanent residence. There is almost nothing I can do. That's life.

With all theories and assumptions in the air and logics as well, there is nothing conclusive enough to tell us what is happening, when files will be processed! Be patient - thats all we can do! :)

Trackitt-- another April 2012 applicant got PPR!!

I wasn't asked for passport, but I received a message saying that an extension for medical has been requested from Health Dep't yesterday (as it is now more than 1 year). They also told me that they will contact me after they got the repsonse.

Of course, I still don't know what that imply and how long that may take.

Sharru, can you help me on tMay sharuu cahis.

Its a good news actually.. they have just requested an extension for your medicals. If not, I would suggest requesting GCMS in November and it should show on that. By then a new due date might have also been given so all in all a positive sign!

Hello Guys ,

I have got my 1st GCMS notes today.

Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed
Crimnality: Passed
Security: (Blank)
Secondary VO: Detroit

I don't understand what is RCMP Screening and it says No Reportable Trace ?

Also I am not able to find my transfer date to Ottawa. Can you please tell me where can I find this?

On the First page of GCMS it says Updated: 2012/07/18 but under application assignment it says Due : 2012/08/17. So I am
not sure whether there was any work done on 2012/08/17 or not?

What is HIRV ? It shows 0 in my case.

I would also like to add that my Eligibility, Criminality and second VO assignment was done on same day 11/06/2012.
Same as my in process date.

No Reportable Trace means when they searched your name in their database it didnt find anything.

18th July was the date something happened in your case - could be the file transfer. It seems there wasnt any updates since that date

Paper File History - the date when the file office changed to ottawa is the file transfer date.

I think you should get PPR anyday! I think the reason 1 month time was given because it seems everything is passed just waiting a VO to see your file and give PPR!

Well, i would say thats good news, mate!! Since you have meds, eligibility and crimes passed, then security is about to be done! you should soon receive your ppr!

Never mind HIRV! No Reportable Trace for RCMP means you're "clean".

Your GCMS look very similar like mine in July!

My friend got his first GCMS notes yesterday and under RCMP it says "Retransmission Required" and I wasn't quite sure what to tell him. Thought I'd ask you guys...

Sharuu and lepatissier07 u guys r da best.......
Anyways @ Sharuu under paper file history only CPP-O
name is mentioned. It seems from notes as if the file never went from Buffalo to Ottawa which is obviously not true.
Maybe it was an electronic transfer.

Its seems that I m neither July 7th or May 15th transfer.
Whatever the case hope I get it soon.

Thanks!!!!

Thats true actually, you got AOR from ottawa right? I see it was in march 2012, so usually then the file goes back to Buffalo but since post september the intention was for applicants entire file was to be finalised in ottawa. Thats why your file is ahead of us in queue. I think you are in a good position. Time to get happy soon buddy!

Best of luck

I received AOR email from Otto-pilot but the VO mentioned in the email was Buffalo.......

Good Luck and Happy days for the weekend ahead.

Don't get disappointed. Best of Luck for everyone.

Sharuu is a great help here indeed.

Any good news makes people here happy enough to celebrate the moment :)

Post Sep 2011, all files were to be entirely finalised in Ottawa. I am not sure what AOR said, thats why the timeline that time was much shorter. I guess that is the reason your file never got transferred!
