I just received the PR visa from Detroit. It only took a week for processing. For those who have already got the passport request from Detroit, maybe it is faster if youe make your submission to the Windsor,ON post box.

30.08.2012:received the PR visa.

Is there a deadline dothk, by which date you need to land? I think if the date it 1 year from medical, and as your medicals are expiring they gave your case preference and sent it asap.

Im living in the US, & iwantto apply for GCSM how can I do it!? People are tellingme you need to be in canada, but some people applied from US. I have the form, butare there anyother forms i need to fill out?

That was a start . Next weekend is long weekend, may not see any ppr next Tuesday as well. Hopefully processing will speed up in September. If you see the trend in Seattle, it takes 4 months to finalize the transferred cases and most of us transferred on July 7 to Ottawa. The problem is the long wait, its killing me.

Pls refer to page 16,94 in this thread. Out-land applicant may need to pay 5 dollar as a service charge.

Tell me about it.. 4 months from July is november! I hope that atleast by november we hear something! It already has been 2 months.. Usually Ottawa reviews a file after 2 months. I think it will be a good idea to get GCMS after Sept 7th. I wouldnt be even surprised if people start getting to In Process this month..
