BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

It's been 15 months already. I applied on Apr 18,2011. Still nothing yet, only application received and medical received. Really don't know how long they want us to wait. So stressed at work, my manager keeps getting me in trouble :-[

I applied on April 18, 2011 as well. We have exactly the same timeline.
My ECAS still shows the same thing: application received and medical results received. Have you ever applied for GCMS notes lately? If not, I would recommend you to do so.

Good luck to all of us that are still waiting for PPR.

Do you means April 18, 2011 is when your ECAS started showing 'Application Recieved" and Medical Recieved"?
or recently?
If recently then your PPR is just around the corner. I think CPP-Ottawa will start dishing our PPR soon!!!

Yep, we are the same. I didn't apply the GCMS note yet as I plan to get married this month I would ask call center and hand in my husband's info first then apply the GCMS note. Will keep you guys posted.

I sent a request for GCMS notes on June 28, 2012. From what I've heard, it will take at least 30 business days in order to process my request... I will definitely inform everyone as soon as I receive my GCMS notes.

I submitted my application to buffalo on April 18, 2011. My ECAS started showing up on October 27, 2011 when I received AOR and Medical Request. Since then nothing new, except address appearance and disappearance...

If you emailed Buffalo after it got closed, the email said please dont contact Ottawa within 60 days. I think that starts from May 29th, ther intention might be to transfer all files until July 29th and then sending PPR. Hopefully August everyone..

On the first page, whats the application due date and your visa office? On the very bottom under NOTES: What are the last comments made..

there is no due date on the first page. it says the primary office is CPP-Ottawa. the notes says:

Notes: 1
Text: Meds & AOR Sent via email

Notes: 2
Text: Medical scans ready

I don't think they'll touch it for a long time...

Sorry bud.. doesnt look too good, does it? What date were your GCMS Notes printed off? Can you trace through and tell when did the file got transferred to ottawa, like when did it leave buffalo and when did it arrive at Ottawa? Under Paperfile history is the visa office Buffalo?

Can you fill in your timeline in your profile ? Your file will go in process when your eligibility is assessed and is passed, from whatever you told me it doesn't tell when they will review your file.

They were printed off June 20th. My timeline:

submitted to CIO on Feb 28th, 2012
received AOR/MR from CPP-Ottawa April 25th
file never went to Buffalo
meds done Apr 28th

They were printed off June 20th. My timeline:

Click Profile and then click forum profile information - there you can enter your timeline. Its easier to see a timeline as its going to be there permanently.

From the notes, it seems an officer has yet to review your file. You should wait for the IN PROCESS status on your ECAS. I dont know if Buffalo applicants would get priority or not, but fingers crossed hopefully you should hear something soon!
