Anyone getting their GCMS Notes anytime soon? I think july is the month where most files should be transferred but yet to see a PPR from Ottawa!!!

Yep.. you should be getting them tomorrow. Hopefully, you find more information about your case, when the file got transferred and due date - more importantly! Is this the first GCMS Notes?

Its like a bring forward date, when the file goes in front of the visa officer. However, what has been noticed by people who have lately been getting their GCMS Notes is that, before transferring the files, the visa officer at buffalo but the due date of the file 1 year from the date your AOR was issued! So, it does not really tell us anything just that "hopefully" our files should be completed 1 year from the time AOR was issued!

It has been over two months since my file went IN PROCESS according to ECAS. I wonder how much longer will it take? Sometimes it is just so depressing!!!

At least yours is IN PROCESS. Much better than Application received

All of a sudden the extra quick Ottawa is totally not giving out any PPRs. I wonder if they are waiting until all the files have been transferred!!!

I called the CIC call center to ask about it and all the agent could tell me was "I guess their department was also affected by the budget cuts..."

Really? I got my GCMS Notes end of June, and someone got in last week. Did you enclose a copy of work permit? If you think you filled the form correctly, I would suggest emailing them...
