Well Simp, 2 options

1) Withdraw first app or
2) apply under CEC, and wait which one is processed first, and after success of one app you have to send withdraw request for app with no result yet otherwise will not get PR card.

I am eligible for Ontario PNP and asked the multiple app question to Buffalo VO and got above reply.

I got my 2nd AOR on 30/04/2010, my app was transfered to Buffalo on 22/12/2009 and full doc were sent somewhere in Mar,2010.

I have been in Canada since July 2008 on work visa with positive labour market opinion and is in continuation of job in the profession falling under NOC classification.

Who decides that in which categorey are you ? As the application form doesnt mention anything.

I am now thinking to apply under canadian exp class as well.Your thaughts ??

I am thinking of applying for cec as well...i've been in canada from sep 2008 on a work permit...when i applied i was eligible for fsw2 or fsw3 at the time but they classified me as fsw2 as I had a letter of permanent job offer from my employer...
