unfortunately I just sent the email on Jan 9, Sunday and received that automated email on Jan 10, Monday.. which is weird because it usually takes a couple days to receive some kind of response....

each time I send an inquiry this is what I get:

Your file is in a queue awaiting initial assessment. This could take up to 64 weeks from the date we received the application. :'(
