Well i guess i had been quite late.Basically my file was transferred to Buffalo in March and my all documents were submitted to Buffalo in Aprill so roughly timeline is same.Only i recieved 2nd AOR later.

Hello all,

This is very frustrating... It is more then a year since I have submitted my initial application to NS but my ECAS still shows RBVO.

I received my 2nd AOR in May-10 and when I sent case specific inquiry to buffalo in Nov. they told me that my file is "in process" but after that I have not received any communication from them.

It is more then 8 months since I got my 2nd AOR and still its look like my file is not moving....

Any suggestion friends..?

Should I order CAIPS ????

I/we can understand the situation, and you should be relaxed that you are not alone, most of us who has their files with buffalo office are waiting for medical request.
Even if we do Case specific Inquiry or something else, file would move as per Buffalo office policy/speed. So my friendly suggestion is "hope for the best".
Two months back I had my CAIPS... as per that my BFD was last week of Sept & next BFD was last week of Dec., I thought may be I would get medical request by 10th Jan. But seems, may be I have got another BFD... I believe if I have got another BFD that should be in March end or April first week... that is peek (fastest) period for case processing... so I hope in April we may see some speedy action... You can go for CAIPS, and have more info about your case... but in any case, patience is the key to victory....

You are in my buddy list as we have the most familiar timeline, we have same situation and i am very frustrated. Very anxious. But i don't understand what's CAIPS, would you like to tell me ? is it helpful?

Really don't know what's going on in buffalo office, they are really crazy slow. :-[
