as per previous members posts, it comes by postal mail which contains the medical forms that has to be submitted to DMP.
also, it contains the information of the RPRF and on whom name that should be

Hello folks

It's been over 5 months since the buffalo office received our documents. I am still: "rcvd by VO". I am getting worried at this point...! Haven't rcvd anything from buffalo after the 2nd AOR.

hey Atif, my AOR dated April 23rd, still nothing heard from Buffalo.. dead silence...
i couldnt able to stop myself yesterday and i sent a case specific inquiry to them, waiting for their reply.

Okay so I've been following this thread for about a week and as smallduck said "nearly everyone got the Med Req", that has scared the hell out of me. So I've decided to break my silence (this is my first post). Following is my timeline:

App filed to CIO Sydney: August 12, 2009
1st AOR: October 27, 2009
File transferred to Buffalo: November 3, 2009
Docs sent to Buffalo: Feb 4, 2010 (they were returned cz of minor issues on March 30, 2010)
Docs sent again: March 31, 2010
2nd AOR: April 28, 2010
Status changed to "In Process": August 5, 2010

now it's been more than "6 weeks" and I haven't received any med or interview req. ... status still "In Process" ... I haven't contact the Buffalo office even once since March ... should I send them an email? (I don't even know if there is any email address, last time I posted a message through cic website AFAIR)

I'm afraid of postal mail getting lost in the way ... and the only way to be sure is contact Buffalo office ... should I do that?

I guess I was wrong . Not nearly all applicant got Med Req. good job, canada_dream100.
I called the DMP today and they confirm the Results will be sent out this afternoon with the tracking # xxxxxx as I requested (and pay some additional money). The DMP keep their promise and I was able to check Fedex package progression this evening. It will be delivered by the end of this week , keep my finger crossed and check Ecas or Med RCVD line .

exactly and to heave this frustration CHC ND giving VISA's to people who got AOR in July too.
we still waiting for this Buffalo to push us up

I received my medical on the same day when my ecas status changed to in process. I have already completed my medical.
Also, there is only one Sagarmatha; I accidentaly wrote my 2nd AOR date as May 28th instead of April 28th and then I later corrected it. Looks like the first one is still there.
