Did u give IELTS
I don't think you're stuck because of IELTS, I might be wrong. I think if your English skill is sufficient, you'll not be bothered, especially with your FSW2. As long as you have a job offer, paying them tax you will be fine . I did submit my GRE (expired last years I think) and GMAT I took few years back together with the declaration. I'm so lucky then....druid2010 said:ok then hopefully i should hear something in september..nope i didnot write ielts but did write a detailed letter explaining that studying for my MSc. at a us university and working at ford in the us shows my english skills..i also included copies of my gre, toefl and a really old ielts exam that i did in 2004 /2005...maybe thats what's causing the delay you think??...

My ECAS status is still showing "Received by VO", but I received an email from the Detroit office yesterday saying my medical forms have been released. My file was transferred to the Detroit office on July 26th.

Yesterday was my birthday and I was hoping to get some good news, but when I checked my ECAS staus in the morning, my status had not changed, and I was disappointed. But guess what??? I got an email from the consulate at 3:50 PM with this wonderful news. I am so thrilled. This was such an awesome Birthday gift! Good Luck to everyone on this forum!
Thanks!
