I think you should be fine. I got my last FBI July 2009, so it's more than a year when my file was sent to NYC office. And they just want to double check security with a new one. and FYI they also confirm via email that the FBI can be updated later than 60 days from the Med Req date .canada_dream100 said:Finger prints on 15 Dec means perhaps you got your report around 15 Feb 2010 or later. You can get report based on existing fingerprints if you have not entered the date till now. I meant, if you enter current date then FBI won't object & process the request. I am not sure how they will react if that form has Dec 15 2009 date.
