I didn't inform my attorney about my FSW application (I think only family change and address change require an update). We paid the attorney for AINP and we did FSW by ourselves. The medical expires on Sep. 15, 2011. Thank you very much.

Anybody in this thread applied for FSW too? I don't know if I can ask AINP to reference FSW med results. Or I have to do med twice? Or, since I got Med from FSW, it's pretty safe to drop AINP. This is last thing I want to do as we've been so far into the AINP process. Thanks a lot.

Got baby's med form for FSW on March 14, Medical done on March 15. Also got baby's med request from AINP last week, not sure if can ask AINP links to FSW's medical results. Thanks a lot.

Congratulations! Not sure how CIC/NY office is going to update my status. I did Med about the same time as yours but I mentioned our expecting baby in Feb and the Med results were not comlete (no X-ray for my wife). Best luck for your next step.

Smallduck, thanks again for your encouragement. Yesterday I received the Med Request which is dated Aug 30. You are right, I live in Upstate New York, that may make the difference. ;D We have a baby due early Feb 2011. We are thinking about go ahead with Meds for everything except my wife's...
