When I checked my ecas status today; it was changed in process and when i came home and checked my mail; I received the medical forms too. I will be doing my medical hopefully next week.

All they ask was an updated bank balance and new certified copies of work experience. They didnot ask for RPRF as my visa office is Buffalo.
