Hi, Yinkuzi I guess it is not true......so many individual used fedex and received PP by fedex I will be happy if i will receive passport in two weeks, Smallduck got PP in 5 weeks

It has been a week NY office received my passport. I send Pre-paid Fedex envelop, does anyone know what time usually NY office give envelops to fedex? what is best time to check fedex website? Thanks
