Thx for quick answer :). Does anyone know if she can apply for TRV after sponsorship approval? If she is allowed to visit Canada, can she mail her passport from there? I'm just curious if PRV application rules out chance for TRV while waiting for PRV.

Thx,,,,,,BRI

She can try applying for TRV once sponsorship approved. However there is no guarantee that she will get it or not, it's all depends on the consideration of Canadian embassy officer in Thailand. I guess she will absolutely be requested for interview so if all her answers satisfy the officer, she should get TRV. From my opinion (which might not be true), I think if your case is you have had relationship with her for quite enough and got married, not like just met and got married right away, there shouldn't be a problem to get TRV.

USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE- She will not be using a rep. Should she just write NOT APPLICABLE and still send it in? What if that page is missing? Will all paperwork be sent back to me if it's not included?
- I read many threads about that. Some said it should be sent, some said it should not (most case did), In my case, I'd send it and put "N/A" in all sections as I do not know who is going to review my application, I just want to play on the safe side. Nothing to lose, and no risk for IO who may return application. Thus, it is your own decision if you want to send it or not.
Document Checklist IMM5491E states:
"Original of completed Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) if applicable"

I didn't send one in and haven't had any problems with my application so far.

Hi, I just received OPTION C from Revenue Canada for 2008. I haven't done my 2009 taxes yet. Will 2008 suffice?
