Sombody applied BOWP on August 10 and got approved yesterday.nuke noodles said:I spoke with my immigrant consultant and showed him exactly the different of rules in the past, and the changes.
Past: eligibility passed or AOR
Now: Eligibility passed and AOR
His advice was this change is unlikely to incur BOWP rejections. He stated: if anyone's eligibility is refused, it would mean that applicant does not qualify for CEC for reasons such as work experience, NOC, etc. and CIC would have already refused the application as the fundamental eligibility is refused. Although August to Oct 2014 applications GCMS do not have eligibility specifically set as "passed", it does NOT assumes refusal of eligibility in any way and would not be the ground of BOWP rejection. In other words- BOWP will be rejected only if applicant's eligibility has failed.
His advice was not to worry about too much unless a great amount of BOWP get rejections in the next week or so.
Anyone who has recent results on their BOWP applications please report results.
He is OCT 6 CEC applicant.
