I want to withdraw my application. Will i get refund and can someone help as whats the best way to get it cancelled. THanks Friends.

Call CIC and ask them to cancel your application (you will need to provide app number). If CIC didn't start processing your application your payment will be refunded.

This is interesting. I've already left the country and my wife will leave and of March when she will be done with her work. We are now both in implied status as our visa expired beginning of March.
We will not be back in Canada soon, exception made to complete the landing process when PR will be ready.

Can I withdraw our BOWP application now? What the consequences will be on my wife status until she leaves the country? Does this will affect in any way out PR process and the landing thing?

After answering all questions it would give no of documents to upload , out there click on instructions in Digital photo, it would give size.

In my case I just took photo from my Samsung S3 mobile & re-sized as per the requirement & uploaded. It worked & I got BOWP approval last month.

Anyone has any thought about this? How can I cancel my BOWP application while I am out of Canada? I am sure I will not need it as I am just going to start with another company in Europe, and in the next few years I will not come to Canada for working purpose (at this moment I don't even know if I will be able to activate my PR staying 2 years in Canada). Quick replies are appreciated since I applied in Jan 16 but the application has yet to be reviewed so I don't know for how long I can still withdraw my application and be refunded.

I have applied for BOWP on Feb 4th and still awaiting for it. I might have to travel to my home country just after I receive my BOWP. Can I apply for a TRV from my home country based on my BOWP?
