BOWP - How many of you have applied and received it successfully?

I got my BOWP in ~ 30 days.

submitted
1) Covering letter
2) Application Form
3) Passport Copy
4) Current WP copy
5) Photo.

I mentioned in covering letter that why i need BOWP -
1) applied for PR and have AOR so and so date etc. 2) Your (CIC) Release Bueletin says i am qualified to get BOWP. thats it

Also in PDF
1) employer details (name address) i left as Not Applicable, and selected Open Work Permit from drop down

Could you please confirm your timeline?
If you applied recently , it's strange that you received it in 30 days. current timeline is around 41 days, also following link says they are working on 16th Aug application.

Processing time was 32 days.

You mean is your partner got BOWP? Not Open Work permit?
Could you tell me that you have BOWP? What was your partner`s visa? Visitor or open work permit?

I got my BOWP Approved today . I was on closed work permit till end of Dec 2014 but as my company closed down and i explained that in the letter my BOWP was approved.

Can somebody tell me where i can find the information and process to send passport for visa stamping.

I applied even though my work permit was valid till Dec2014 and it got approved. Please provide explanation as to why you want it extended before you even qualify.

Were there not instructions on your letter? I don't know if you are supposed to get your passport stamped? Do you have trv too?
