Just checked the mycic login, and OWP has been approved. what a big relief! App received by CIC on 6th June 2016, so it took close to 4 months. For those who are waiting for OWP, this may be the probable time line and all the best to all of you!

Hi Ringland, I struggled to link my application for both PR and OWP, there is a BUG in the CIC system, If you enter one space( )in the city of birth text instead of actual city name, it will be able to link the same. try that it worked for me.
