TomasX90 many thanks for your help/advice

I managed to get the error to clear by deleting my application, but it still appears if I use the questionnaire link from MY CIC account. It is asking for my personal reference code, but I don't know it/lost it. Tried taking another eligibility test, but the system knows which one is attached to that CIC account, and tells me I have an application already in progress

So I assume you just created a new CIC account, and what then?

Take the Come to Canada or Express Entry Wizard to get a personal code, and fill it out from there?

I must be doing something wrong.........

I took the online eligibility test and got a code (PRC?)

I then successfully created an EE profile

I then click the Apply for a Visa button

It asks me for a PRC and I try to reuse the one I got earlier, but it says its not valid

There is the option here to check eligibility and apply on line. But as stated before it stalls saying the online service isn't available

Am I using the right PRC?

Any help/advice gratefully received

I found a thread on here from a year or two ago that mentions an email address to use if your having technical difficulties

Apparently they are supposed to reply within 24hrs

I've emailed them, wait and see what happens

Many thanks

Yeah it's weird that you're having issues with the questionnaire. Anyway you have 2 options.

1) Use the questionnaire on CIC website - copy the code - paste it into your CIC application account
2) or you can fill out the questionnaire within your CIC account

Thanks again TomasX90

Ive tried the questionnaire more times and from so many different pages that I have lost count and the will to live

I have spoken to an immigration advisor at work and she says as long as you can prove a BOWP has been applied for either by mail or online, it covers you under implied status until either the PR is granted or the BOWP is issued.

Im going to speak to a Immigration Lawyer to confirm this, and Im going to visit Canada house on Friday to see whats what!

Hopefully what Ive been told is right.

But Im also going to ask the question on the EE thread

Thanks again

How did people answer this question when applying for a BOWP

Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?

I think NO is the right answer, but having applied for PR, is that an extension of my stay?

How long does it usually take to receive BOWP in your mailbox? Also, do they send you an email/letter in your CIC account about BOWP or they just mail it to you? My BOWP & SOWP got approved today but I haven't received any correspondence from CIC yet.
Average is 5 days...

Don't worry, as long as you applied for an OWP (BOWP) and attached your AOR (assuming your application passes R10 check) you're gonna get it pretty soon.
