Biometric Not Updated

Hey there,
I re-applied for my study permit as earlier I received a rejection. And in my re-applied file biometric are not updated. It's been 10 days that biometrics are not updated. In my last application biometrics got updated in a day. How long can it take to update in re-applied application?

Did you receive the update yet? If yes, How did it get resolved? For me, its updated on the tracker but not in the account so wondering what to do?

I made my fingerprint 4 years ago for my study permit, Now I made another application for tourist visa and I mentioned all my UCI and fingerprint number but after 2 weeks still they didn't respond me or updated my account that what I have to do. is it normal?

My parents application had the same issue, we applied Supervisa Applications Last July. They got refused due to the reason of not complying of the biometrics. Even though they comply, we did not know where to report that they comply. So we submitted a new application providing the Biometrics they did for the first application. It was submitted last September 13, currently my parents still performing with the Medical.
We just keep asking our agency about the application status since we don't have access to the GCKey. They said the biometrics still not reflected in the application, we are worried because we don't know what's happening.
I contacted VFS and they also told me that they already forwarded all bio to IRCC. And they don't have access to it anymore. Also raised the contact thru webform but nothing change.

The status is `Not Applicable`.
It doesn't say Not found, it says Not Applicable which is i'm worried if still link to the first application. At this point i'm not sure who to contact to.
I hope someone have the same issue and can advise what will be the next step.

Try calling the IRCC call center and find out what they see at their end. For me, I gave Bio, it seems updated in the account, however, the status is still in Progress.
my bio shows as Completed now, It takes time. If they show as "Valid" on the Biometrics Validity link, then you should be good, just wait it out else speak with IRCC as well to confirm if they see anything at their end.

I have the same issue, not updated for my spouse and it's 1 month now, did you got any update. I submitted details to IRCC via webform.
Super Visa with upfront medicals. IRCC Portal application.
Submitted application for Mother: January 11, 2024
Had valid Biometrics from previous approved Visitor Visa which was expiring soon. Choose to give new biometrics by mentioning it in application.
Biometrics Request Letter: January 12, 2024
Biometrics completed: January 16, 2024, and received receipt from VFS (Hyderabad).
Biometrics updated: NO. Biometrics section is blank.
