Hi. Were you able to resolve your issue, and if yes, would appreciate if you could share how. I am facing the same problem with my wife's visa, and it has been 2 months since we submitted the biometrics. Also, we are applying from the US. If anyone has the same experience, please reach out. Our trip is coming in 1.5 months and if her visa is still pending we would need to cancel or postpone it

Mine was updated the same day with my refusal letter.After my biometric It took about 13weeks before they updated it plus my refusal letter.

Hello Everyone.

I need your help if someone can help me to understand what this mean and what I have to do to resolve it.

I have applied to visa visitor on Dec 15 and the same day I received the biometric letter.
On Dec 16 I did the biometric but on my GCkey account status it is still "your action is required" and on in fingerprint status it shows : we need your fingerprints to process your application.

But in application information it shows my biometric information (number, date of enrollment and date of expiration).

So I'm confused, I don't understand what it means and what I have to do.
Please help me.
