Dear they are absolutely right, let them introduce new bill for 3/5 and days before pr

That Bill would not address some very symbolic and dangerous issues created by C-24.

so it will have to be cancelled and redrafted under a new bill.

Why ? All you are seeing is a standard procedure. The bill will pass as is or with additional amendments on the Due process for revocation. The government will never allow to be told what to do by a bunch of un-elected w*nkers ...

I do not know what will happen, but just a suggestion might be providing a detailed definition of who is a terrorist to avoid applying to the term to anyone who the government does not like in the future.

Correct. So we can expect a vote when they return from the holidays.

Do they have to still discuss in the third reading? Can they adjourn again or do they simply vote?

I think at committee level it is going straight to votes. Someone correct me please if I am wrong.

I hate to be the party pooper every time; but what happened so far is a progress, not good or bad news. No need to get excited, because committee stage could end the lifetime of this bill; or maybe approve it. The point is we will finally know what the voting senators really think. Most of them kept quiet throughout the process.
