Either they know it will eventually be approved, so the longer it takes the more C-24 is in place (not sure what benefit that brings to them). Or probably it is so unimportant that they are just not bothering to consider it. To be fair to the Cons though, they are not obliged to table it because they are not the creators of C-6. If Libs or independents decide to bring it up, no one will stop them. I have a feeling it is on Senator Omidvar's desk now, and unless she drafts the amendments and brings the discussion back, then no one will.
