how's about when we call in, we record the phone conversation and apply for citizenship accordingly. if CIC refuses to process, we bring them to court telling the judge, see, a representative from this department gave me instruction on how to apply so CIC must be held responsible. However, the residency requirement becomes effective one year from the date the bill is passed (so probably July 1st, 2015).
I believe CIC employees must know the correct information regarding the implementation details. I can`t say how happy I am to hear this and I wanted to share my happiness with everyone ;D
