Thanks Tina!!!!! They requested the documents August 31st and we submitted the papers September 7th and they called him yesterday September 17 he takes his passport Wednesday and gets it Friday - we won't be fully relaxed until he gets his visa and we get the ticket. I'm nervous and soo happy! I pray that everyone feels this amazing feeling!!!!!! Xoxo

Good-morning everyone! My husband went and dropped off his passport today (he went inside and was given a number to wait his turn) and when he dropped it off he was advised to pick it up Friday. I just wanted to let everyone know, my husband said there was about 10-11 people there Good luck everyone, everyones turn is so close I feel it, you are all still in my prayers!!! (P.S, they were all also advised drop off Wednesday, pick up Friday).

I dont understand arabic..but i think you are saying your passport has been at the embassy for 50 days? I think that is absurd...have you been emailing them?? you have to go to the embassy and demand some answers. Best of luck.

I did evrything,emails,phone calls,going to the embassy .....phones calls + emails + going to the embassy = 0.phones= send an email,email= 0,going to the embassy =0 ,so the result is 0...............

They requested these documents from me on April and sent them by the end of the same month. As for the medical exam, they asked me to re-do it on July, i did them and sent the section A on 12 July, and as i remember they called me on 8 September to tell me that my wife has to pay for me the visa fee in Mississauga which is 490 cad. i went in person to the embassy and took the number 458 and gave them my passport with the receipt, they took again my mobile number but did not mention anything about the pick-up date.

You will start receiving doses of hopes by the middle or end of October.

Janmin, why don't you burn a tire infront of the embassy since you already tried all the diplomatic procedures, or maybe you can wait a little longer maybe i will join you if i do not receive my passport too. DUNLOP 215/65 (15), it has the filthiest smell ever.

Lello, it is a sign that your file is alive and they opened it.
But personally I think it could take 3 or 4 more months to finish your application. They called my wife 3 months ago for only one document (citizenship proove of my childrens) and they told we just opened your file (after 16 months) and as you see we are still waiting.

Lello, great news that you have received an email!! They have asked you guys for a lot of documents, my suggestion is to get everything together as quickly as possible, makes you look eager to get this all completed and attach a cover letter to it (thats what we did). Remember everyones file is different then others, who knows maybe you can get a call a month after you submit these documents. Keep your head up and think positive, they have asked u for info. Best of luck.

And yes yass, my husband wasnt advised to bring any photos with him to drop off his passport but another person who was beside him told him that they got advised to bring pictures with their passport--so its so true that everyones file is different.
