Sounds good! Anything is better than complete silence! I think It's around the corner. Hang in there, as long as they are updating you, this means that they are serious about finalizing your case!!!!!!! Good Luck!!!!!!
Today I went to the embassy to submit the docs they requested. I couldn't get an orginal of something they wanted, so I'm worried about this. Other than that, I went there and they told me to just leave it in the drop box so I didn't speak to anyone
I feel like I have entered a long dark tunnel, one that I don't know when it ends. The only good part is that I know I'm in the tunnel so it is a matter of time! So hopefully this won't take ages to end for all of us! I pray that we hear good news this week for someone who has been waiting for long. Ya RABBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
I have been quietly reading this board for a couple months now and finally we (my partner and I) heard something from the embassy! They have requested this:
- Military service card and Military Service Background Record, or Proof of Military Exemption
- Updated Lebanese Police Certificate
- Residency Questionnaire to be filled out with Sponsor (attached to mail)

But they didn't attach the Residency Questionnaire as promised..... does anyone have one??

It arrived in Damascus on April 19, 2011. My email is kevinsmith316 at rocketmail.com. So strange that they don't attach the form.

I know... Nobody had it attached... everyone had it sent by someone from here!!!!! Our time lines are extremely close, attach with it work attestation and tax report. Good Luck.

I cant believe they arent attaching the form, I think you guys should email them asking for it just in case-cause who knows it might have something different on it-who knows :/ But i'm so happy for you two!! Me and my husbands timelines are similar to yours, April 6th 2011 it got to damascus, and still no email from them it got to lebanon june 7th--do you guys know when your files reached lebanon??

no thats awesome, you know that your file is being looked at, thats awesome!! it just worries me maybe something is wrong with ours that we havent gotten any email yet ugh im so sick, in the middle of summer its making my paranoia even worse lol!! I cant believe they didnt even respond to the email about their mistake, how interesting! Good luck!!! xoxo
