Accordantly to the link bellow, once I am on NOC A, I can just ask for a OWP to my wife, is that correct?

Got my PNP nomination in the post today.

415*
Nominated: Mar 4th
Received in Post: Mar 17th

It says I am not valid for express entry, however since I have been nominated I've done an English test and have all my documents in order. Will drop them off at the office downtown tomorrow and switch over.

I HAVE 78/100 POINTS for EE.
Once I filled out EE profile, I was inelidgible. I couldnt understand why...
then I talked to immigration consultant in Vancouver. She said it was unsufficient funds...
If its less than amount in the table from cic site, the computer system is set up to make your profile inelidgible...
So sad but thruth...I have joff offer (no LMIA), currently on visitor status, waiting to renew my wp. I also have WES education report and IELTS, but not enough funds to proove. She said also that if receiving ITA, you MUST proof the funds...So I guess you cannot get away without that amount of money.
Anyways, got my advisor last week, so I ll stay with the old stream, but still dissapointed with EE criteria... ??? :(
 
I see some people here have been on implied status for a long time. Just curious, if you are waiting for pnp nomination (no work permit support letter) and your permit expire, then you submit the application to CIC to extend your work permit. Obviously, CIC will turn down the application very quickly. So my question is how to remain the implied status.
 
if you send you work permit application in by paper it takes roughly 100 days (at the moment) for them to look at you application. I submitted my extension application on the 12th of December 2014 and got the rejection from CIC on 10th March 2015 and ceased working that day as I still don't have my supporting letter yet.
 
Why don't you just go flagpoling?

I honestly can't believe it. My flights are booked home for 3 weeks time I thought it would be months. They asked for information yesterday I provided it today and got an instant approval!
