BC PNP July 2014

My Application was recieved on 4th July by the BC PNP office... Any idea how long it will take for things to materialise? Haven't got a call for my medical yet.

What is your process number? They are processing somewhere around 2500 - 2600, and it seems that they are processing 20-25 files per day.
You are only going to be called to medical exams in the second part of your process (federal), which occur after PNP approval.

I am applying under the category of International Graduate. I was employed with a company dedicated in natural resources that is relevant to my major. And this is the job I mentioned in my submitted application form to support my motivation residing in BC. However, I have changed my job in a completely different field and it's not related to my master's field. I was wondering if my BCPNP processing will be influenced if I emailed the BCPNP office about this situation though employment is not a necessity in the International Graduate Category.

I just got at email back, they are processing applications from middle of May.

asked 1 week ago: "is it possible to know (roughly) what number of applications are you planning to process during this year?"

answer was: "It is 4, 150 for the calendar year. Currently we are working on May 2014 files." (but, I repeat, I asked 1 week ago).

if the r1982's table is correct (and they are asking docs for #293*), they are processing around 35 applications per day.

the strange thing is that it seems that they are jumping from a number to another and not going linearly...
