So far I haven't got any info that they have visited for NOC 3112 or 3113. Mostly what they do, make few phone calls to your current or past employers or supervisors.

Actually it is solely depends on the Visa Officer who is handling your file. As I said earlier, they haven't even call to my supervisor or present employer for verification. If the Visa Officer is convinced that your experience is authentic, you have nothing to worry about.

What douments you sent as a proof of your job experience?
Did u send any payslips, tax return etc?

if you can arrange payslips that is very good. I only submitted the recommendation letter from my supervisor who is an associate professor. I couldn't even send the appointment letter as I didn't have it for my first job and I sent an explanation letter why I don't have it and they accepted it. for my 2nd job (the documents I submitted after the 120days of time) I submitted the notarized copy of the appointment letter along with the job description.

So, don't worry. Just follow the instructions, if you have something to explain, please present it very nicely to the visa officer. while processing my file, I found them very logical and they will not do anything negative if you explain your lacking properly.

pls download the visa office document checklists. you need to send attested copy of your appointment letter/job contact in which pay scale and job duties are mentioned, AND original copy of the reference letter from your employer/s. i did not see anywhere cic website payslip is mentioned. you probably can send it as additional information. if your are paid direct to a bank account, the bank statement can also be an evidence but visa office asked for the two document i mentioned above (attested copy of the job contact and original copy of the reference letter).
