Any update on your application?
Hello,

I got interview for my husband's file and we did pass our interview in Delhi Visa office, they approved file, asked medical again and issued Pre arrival letter as of Sep 18, 2024. 2nd Medical is cleared as of Sep 20, 2024 but since then no PPR yet. Delhi Visa office is too slow in process :(

With the recent diplomatic spat, hope that it doesnt get further delayed. Just stay chill, all the critical steps are done. You basically are waiting for COPR number to appear in your tracker and Passport request. Yeh, and then how long they keep your passport - that's another last step.
Wish that it gets over for everyone quickly.

Hi congratulations on getting it through the interview. Would you be able to share the questions asked and your experience. Were you able to identify the reason of calling for interview?

That's quite a few weeks to wait. It seems a lot of August applicants are stuck in the Pre-Arrival and BGC stage. I submitted on August 15th and we received Pre-Arrival on May 24th BGC has in progress for almost 2 months. Received another pre-arrival but in the form of an email this time as a reminder but nothing else changed on PR tacker or GCkey
Me too

Hello, sorry for late reply. We had a simple wedding ceremony and i stayed only 1 week at that time back home, plus we did not have enough pictures. Officer just went through all the visit details and our relation history, our answers matched. Officer did not declare the satisfied response on the spot but later night she approved and sent the file to landing department and made ELIGIBILITY step cleared.
WE were requested the medical again on the same day and pre arrival letter was sent as well but since 2nd medical is passed, no response since September 20 then.

Congrats @@Ekam once again. Be patient. Its quite possible that you may hear back pretty soon - as you have already waited quite a while.

One question though. Do you recall when you actually learned that your spouse will have to go through the interview?
Did they provide the date right away? Or did they schedule the interview after sometime. Do you recall after how much time the interview appointment was confirmed?

The interview date had 1 month's notice.
