Is it normal to have citizenship test completed on tracker but background check is still in progress along with LPP ?

it looks like it is getting normal for August applicants, however I submitted my application on July 29 and my test completed on October 6th. My BG is still in progress!!

Did u get a GU for the test and lpp completion, 2 days ago? I got one- 2 days ago. Today again 2 more GU

Did you get the invitation for the test?
For me, it's almost 3 weeks from the time my wife's background turned green!

My husband and son turned green on Oct. 6
I got fingerprints request on Oct. 17
We received the Test Invite yesterday (Nov. 01) --> my BG check is still pending
