Hi Guys,
Regarding Online Application submission, have a question regarding uploading One Digital Citizenship Photo under the Identification section in the profile account.
Of a question related to one of the steps mentioned:
"You may upload a picture of a printed photo that the photographer took"
1. Along with the Front does the back of the photo need to be scanned?
2. If so, what information needs to be at the back for it to be scanned?
At the moment, this final piece of the puzzle seems to be a show-stopper from submitting my application.
Would appreciate it if any of those approved applicants could confirm.

Give 2-3 days for status to change. If it doesn't someone worked on your file but did not trigger any change to the activity status.

Please I have a quick question. When writing a Letter of Explanation, what IRCC address does one put at the top-left hand corner of the letter?
Should I put:
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
