How long did it take everyone to be able to access ECAS? I was able to link my application last week but still no luck with ECAS.

You will be able to access it after you get your UCI#. If you have one already, you can try it, if not, you have to wait for your AOR1 and probably a few days later until they create and update your account.

Our UCI # for our PR application was different than our UCI number for our visitor visa extension.

I have paid the landing fee but don't know where in Sydney, Australia to send my receipt and additional evidence. My file was transferred to Sydney. Anyone knows the address from CIC in Sydney? Thanks

I am so worried guys , plz read the letter i am copy pasting down here and clarify what is it for? I received it in my (Sponsor) email. However, the letter is addressed to my husband(applicant). I am surprised why are they talking with him before updating me if I am approved as a sponsor or not I am so confused ??? Does it mean that I am approved? I don't see any status change online of any sort and didn't get SA


Page 1 has a foot note stating "Functionality for Sponsors does not exist at this time".

Now there is no UCI Number for him. The application number is the same. We successfully linked the same application to his email account. I understood wat they meant in the letter. BUt wondering why am i not issued SA?

I think, your sponsorship is approved and they are starting the processing of principal applicant's application.

Your letter above appears to be an AOR but it seems that you have received an AOR last week already. Hmm. That's strange.

I was given SA last week, and the letter confirmed my eligibility to be a sponsor and they mentioned that my file was transferred to a visa office. You can get an SA even when PA's application and documents are incomplete.

I think there's nothing to be worried about. You'll get your SA soon. I had mine exactly 29 days after I submitted my application

IMO, this looks like your AOR1 letter. If CPC-Mississauga received your application on Aug 29, there's little to no chance you have SA quite yet.

Our app was filed on Aug 26, and we haven't received AOR1 yet. Most of those on this Aug 2016 Outland topic that have received AOR1 as of today filed their applications on or before Aug 23.

You should see SA sometime in the next week or two.
